Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breasts cut into 1 inch long strips (about 3 strips per breast)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbs curry powder
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbs lemon juice (I use the squeeze bottle)
- 1 tsp chopped garlic (I use the garlic in a jar)

Instructions
- soak skewers in water
- Put curry powder, oil, lemon juice and garlic in gallon size zip lock bag.
- Squish together marinade
- Add chicken and squish some more.
- Let marinade at least 15 minutes
- Start grill
- Thread 2 pieces of chicken on each skewer
- Grill for around 10 minutes on medium heat. (I check the fattest piece to see if chicken done)
- Enjoy!
